SHIPPING & DELIVERY
UK ORDERS
All UK items are sent using Royal Mail special delivery . This is a tracked and signed service and your item will be fully insured. Items are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days and will usually arrive the next working day after dispatch. Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible, however, the shipping estimates are not guarantees. If your item is made to order, please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All International items are sent using Royal Mail international tracked and signed service , UPS or DHL Express shipping depending on the item value.
All packages are fully insured and tracked to your door.
Delivery will be approximately 10-15 working days from dispatch for Royal Mail and approximately 2-7 days with UPS or DHL express.
Items may incur import/ customs charges which are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. If an item is refused because of an unwillingness to pay the customs charge, a refund will not be given.
A tracking number will be assigned once the order is processed. You will receive a notification once it is available.
RETURNS
If you do decide to return your item, please inform me within 3 days of receipt and return to me within 14 days of receipt using a tracked and signed service. You are responsible for the item until it reaches me.
All items must be unworn and in their original packaging to be accepted for return. Once your item is returned, it will be inspected and if accepted, a return will be processed - please allow 5-10 days for your refund to clear. Postage costs will not be refunded.

International orders cannot be returned. In the rare circumstance that the item is faulty, please contact me and I will resolve as soon as possible.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Please expect to find signs of wear on all pre-loved jewellery items. All items are thoroughly cleaned before sending. I do often leave items with their vintage/antique patina, however I do offer a free polishing service if you want your item restored to a high polish finish- just leave a comment at checkout!

As with all second hand items, my pieces are not guaranteed past the point of sale however, all items are checked for faults prior to sending. Any visible defects will always be made clear in the item listing.
